SAC Pick Em Week 1

Same rules as the pick em on the GSC board.

Rules
Each week pick a winner and a margin of victory for each game. Ex. DSU by 40

Points are earned by picking the winner and margin of victory points are earned by how close your pick is to the actual margin of victory.

Scores accumulate each week until the end of the season.

With Thursday games, I have to have your picks by Thursday at 6 PM

West Georgia by 2 (escapes with a win against a good Limestone team) I will be at UWG for this game, so I hope it is a good one.
Wingate by 12 (I think Wingate ends up winning the SAC this year)
Newberry by 20 (I think this Newberry team is gonna surprise a lot of people but probably fall just short of a 3rd SAC Championship. Love being the underdog in a talented SAC!)

Chowan at Barton by 24 - You guys do know that Chowan lost 22 of its best players when Coach Hall left right? Right? It's not easy to replace that level of talent at the Cho.
Tusculum at Kennesaw State by 21 - Coach Odom, why? Why go against an FCS team, ESPECIALLY a Triple FCS team. I don't get it.
Virginia-Lynchburg at Carson-Newman by 40 - I guess the Eagles need a feel good start to the year after the last few and to start em on the right foot for what I hope is a more competent year.
Limestone by 7 at West Georgia - Upset? yes, surprising? also yes, Limestone actually good? I think so.

Friday
Albany State at Wingate by 10 - Wingate will be solid on defense, I don't have much faith in the QB though. Could be a gap year for the Dogs.

Saturday
Newberry by 21 at Shippensburg - I guess Coach Mac is trying to burn the whole place down? IDK why else you would do this.
Catawba by 14 at Elizabeth City - SAC talent floor has to be better than even a competent EC right? Right?
Emory & Henry by 5 at Concord - Random weird number but I think the Wasps start right.
St. Augustine's at Lenoir-Rhyne by 40 - I hope Coach Jacobs is in the Holiday weekend spirit and decides to give his starters an early 3 day weekend.
Erskine by 7 at Allen - I feel like I need to shower after picking this game of stinkers, this is going to be BAD.
Union at UVA Wise by 24 - See comment about CN feeling good about themselves to start the year. What are we doing here fellas?
