Lenoir-Rhyne at Limestone: Game of the year in the SAC so far and I'd by lying if I said I wasn't nervous for this one. Limestone has the only truly explosive passing game in the conference and, while I think we've improved in the secondary, this has been our Achilles Heel in losses under Jacobs. The noon kickoff time is weird, probably gives Limestone the advantage as the underdog. Jacobs' Bears have a bit of a reputation for not showing up in big games, this needs to change. I think it'll be tighter than Massey is predicting. I'll go with a LR win, but only just. Bears by 3 (28-25)
Tusculum at Carson-Newman: Carson-Newman got themselves a good win last week. Tusculum, per usual, have had a weird up and down season. I'll take TU by 7 (21-14)
Emory & Henry at UVA Wise: I like E&H, but they need to get their season back on track. It'll happen this week. Wasps by 16 (36-20).
Erskine at Mars Hill: Mars Hill in a blowout. Erskine stinks. Hillers by 28 (35-7)
Newberry at Barton: Barton is taking this. I knew Newberry would have a down year, but I didn't expect what they've shown so far. Barton has always been a prickly team, but they've gone above and beyond expectations and are making noise near the top. Don't think they'll quite get there, but they'll win tomorrow. Barton by 8 (28-20)
Wingate at Catawba: I think CatU plays this close early at home. Wingate are the better team and the longer the game goes on the more that quality will shine through. Dawgs by 14 (27-13).
