What a great day for Henderson State University. Happy for the coaches and players. HSU played excellent today. Andrew Edwards is an absolute stud.

Congratulations to the Reddies. They never gave up. They battled all the way and at 5:00 pm today I hope they are rewarded.

I agree. I think HU and HSU are the only teams who have the ability and the coaching to win the playoffs in the GAC.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t offer huge props to Harms for trying to gut it out yesterday. Played on a torn ACL is word around campus. Tough son of a gun.

Kudos to him for playing through injury and gutting it out. He was clearly banged up.

That being said, I have a very hard time believing their coaches and training staff would allow him to go out there with a torn ACL. I know BOTR is big, but that would be heinously negligent on the part of the people in charge. Particularly a kid who has already torn an ACL before.

                      Not sure I believe that.

Could be wrong. It’s just what I heard. Whatever it was kudos for him for giving it a go. I don’t think him at 100% makes much of a difference yesterday, but clearly a guy that wants to be there for his team.

It’s not unheard of for a QB to play through one for a game or two though.

I played with a guy who had a torn ACL in High school. I have no idea how but I know for a fact it has been done by at least 1 dude for half a season.
