So far this season, Arkansas schools are 12-0 against Oklahoma schools. I'm not sure we'll see a win against an Arkansas school this week.

Has the GAC always scheduled it like this, where each week all matchups are between an Arkansas and an Oklahoma school or all matchups are between schools from the same state? Guess I never paid much attention to the whole of the conference schedule enough to notice.

Looks like the general conscience is another all Arkansas sweep over the Oklahoma GAC teams. I have to agree!

Henderson by 21 - I think a bit of hangover from last week might prompt the Reddies to pile on; Ok Baptist must have something in the tank to get them cranked up and push their way to looking much stronger than they have looked so far. My thought is a good back and forth game until midway in the 3rd quarter when the team in red pulls ahead.

Harding by 56 - um, well, this could be ugly quick too, but my pick of 56 is the margin of victory, so SWO could score so HU's actual score would be more than 60. Going with Bisons moving up to 5-0 with another huge victory and lots of playing time by the 2nd and 3rd string players. Great tune up for later in the year for our young guys.

Ouachita by 24 - Another good game for a half and then OBU pulls ahead with a W.

Ark Monticello by 7 - Will they or won't they? Speaking of the Weevils of UAM as to whether they will weather the storm of the two losses and pick up more wins or will they begin to again fall of the victory train and slip down as has been their recent history?

Ark Tech by 14 - Come on Tech, are you ready to move into a pattern of wins and find some consistency or will you falter. Not wish ill will on NWO but not too confident in their ability to maintain a full 4 quarters of good football.

So. Ark by 21 - Will the real SAU or the real SNU show up? Who will actually roar out and play above the abilities of their opponent? Surprised how SNU has been, well, not so good, SAU should pull ahead and stay that way for the remainder of the game and gain a victory.

Harding @ Southwestern Oklahoma State - HU by 63

Ouachita Baptist @ Southeastern Oklahoma State - OBU by 24

                          Arkansas-Monticello @ East Central - UAM by 14

                          ---------

I work with a SWOSU alum and he just laughed when I told him it was their turn for Harding.

Every other year the schedule is rearranged. This is the last year for this schedule. Next year it’s fruit basket turnover. It just so happened that for the past two years the GAC master schedule had all the OK schools playing Ark schools in the first half of the season and in-state schools playing each other in the later half of the season.
