well none of the excuses posted are the issue - turnovers the difference in the game - ferris gets ball to start 2nd half - GV needs a stop and a score - ferris qb playing well making some key scrambles, passes and runs - O playing well other than the TO's - D has to stop the ferris qb - he has had some good scrambles, good throws on the run escaping pressure keeping them moving - ferris had some guy kicked out so a penalty will be assessed on the kickoff I believe

Grand Valley out gains Ferris 215-172 at the half. Lead them in first downs 13-11. But they are missing something more crucial- missed referee calls.

End of the half. Allendale keeps shooting themselves in the foot. Ferris keeps screwing themselves with penalties. Both O's are driving the ball on the defenses. Ferris is making extra points, but giving Allendale the football at the 40 because we can't kick the kickoff deep.

Interested to see what changes are made in the 2nd half. Allendale is moving the ball good on O so i'm sure they'll keep doing what their doing. Dawgs D needs to figure something out.
