Very interesting. Davenport looks to have plucked a few productive GLIAC veterans.
In addition to Harris, there is also Fusco from Saginaw and
Malcom from Northern.
I also see other starters from other D2 conferences’s.

It doesn't look like anyone in the GLIAC really picked up many transfers besides Davenport. Then again, many transfers are never actually announced, they just pop up on the roster in August lol.

I did see Delta State's recruiting class though, and it is 14 transfers and 15 high schoolers lol

Why the LOL? There's so much JUCO talent within an hour of DSU and almost identical to the approach Lane Kiffin is taking 2 hours away at that dump in Oxford. Ole Miss signed 15 D1 transfers to go with 13 HS/JC recruits. They also lost 25 and 4 of those were from the top 6 kids they signed the last two years so it's a double-edged sword.

What's yet to be seen is how high school coaches react within Mississippi over the long haul as there's a distinct dichotomy. MSU is committed to continuing to recruit the state and the counties that touch it in surrounding states while filling in needs through the portal. One guy I talked with on staff at MSU said they're seeing a little pushback against Ole Miss from high school coaches feeling their kids aren't getting a shot from the Rebels. It's only slight right now because at the same time, he said in Mississippi, there are many towns and schools where those kids are only going to Ole Miss or they are only going to go to State and right now that seems to be holding.
