Davenport loses to Ferris State, but beats GVSU. Assuming the caulk holds for everything else, that would put GVSU at 8-2, Ferris at 8-2, and Davenport at 9-1. What does the Committee do with that and who would be your two pics of GLIAC teams that make it into the playoffs, or do you think that scenerio gets GLIAC teams into the playoffs??

It would be Davenport and Ferris, because Ferris would be 8-1 for playoff purposes and GV would be 8-2 and Davenport would be 9-1. Seems pretty straightforward. GV would probably still get GV in there as the 7-seed, though. I would think they'd put in an 8-2 GV over a 1-loss Truman.

Truman tripping over SWB just might make the numbers work so that we could get 3 GLIAC teams in. Will have to see what the Ranking look like tomorrow.

Neither Davenport or Ferris will get in with 2 losses, especially Davenport, if they were to loose both games they would have either 1 or 0 wins over +.500 (depending on Bowie) and SOS will be well below .500. The only possibility of 3 Gliac teams is the mentioned scenario, and that might even be a long shot.

Yeah, Davenport would have to win to get in, and that's a pretty tall order.

Frankly, the way I see the Tea Leaves right now, I could see Ferris getting shipped to SR4 for either Augustana or Mankato. Likely SR4 first round hosts, Western Colorado, Bemidji, and the winner of Central Washington-UTPB matchup are all flights for everyone else in the region save for Augustana or Mankato going to Bemidji, and that's only one game there, but they could save a flight by shipping either Mankato or Augustana to Pitt or Central Missouri and Ferris goes west to serve their coaches suspension for the first round.
