Not my angle at all. I'm not expecting anything to happen to TA. But when someone has some flaws and is declared as some icon.. well you know. And fans wonder why a coach stays put. There are some reasons. That's my point. And I have this attitude for any coach.

Really, cause the only coach you come after is TA (wonder why). All coaches have flaws, and I'm sure he's done a crap load more good in his career than not. Funny how you don't seem to go and research all the positive he's done for people. Go find someone declared an icon that doesn't have flaws...Bobby Knight, John Wooden, Bobby Bowden etc. None of which who went to coach at the next level. He stays put because he's happy where he's at. Problem is you don't think he gets offers, which he does. You think there's no colleges that wouldn't hire Urban Meyer in a heart beat?

Wonder if you go to NWMSU board and spout that same crap about Mel Tjeersdma because he "stayed put".

Go wrap that envy in a Christmas present and give it away. It's not healthy for you. Merry Christmas!

I'm just saying it obviously doesn't matter. Ferris doesn't care. They haven't for 13 years. What do you want to happen? Ferris loves him, regardless of anything he did in the past. I feel like us GV fans just complain about it because obviously D1 schools aren't going to take him away, and we hope they will because maybe it will impact Ferris negatively. And it's clear that's not going to happen. So we just have to live with it and figure out a way to get better.

So ignore the actions taken against Ferris while TA has been there too? OK, sure. You seemed to be plugged in.. at least by how you post. So what do you think the coaching community and ADs think of hiring TA these days? His football coaching is top shelf.. the rest.... Those that need to know, do.

Congratulations to Ferris State. Lost the first game of the season and then improved and rolled throughout the rest of the season. Big win in McKinney and 3 NC out of the past four. Glad HU Bisons were able to punch one in the NC category last year but this year your team was the best.

Next year is the change in Super Regions so any possible meeting between our teams would not be in the regional final but would be in the semifinals or the NC game. Give credit where it is due, you are the champions.

Doubt the parade will be as long in distance as you stated in the opening forum, but enjoy it for this year.
