I know technically he earned it while playing in the MIAA, but he's back next year so I wanted to give the rest of the GLVC fans a peek at what they have to look forward to ;)

Looking forward. Haven't checked OL sizes in the GLVC but suspect this team will be more competitive with the league change.

LU will be at least in the upper quarter of the league in terms of size on both sides of the ball.

I think they'll compete very well in the GLVC, but honestly I thought they'd do well in the MIAA next year if they were there. With the transition in HC's in Indy and MoST, this could be a great opportunity for LU to take advantage and find themselves a post season bid!

My apologies for lack of updates. Most School's twitter accounts have been great about updating their commitments.... but nothing's a sure thing until today!

I'll update LU's signing throughout the day. As I have time, I'll try to update the other team's signings through the rest of the week.

You're correct about the size on the lines. Added some beef! Size and quantity! This teams is definitely changing it's culture into one of more physicality!

Hopefully this weekend I'll get a chance to take a look at the other signing classes in the conference as well.

It's been a pretty crazy.

No one really knows what's going on. I've heard some things about what it might be about, but nothing substantiated. Because it's not verified, I would really rather not share it.

I will say, if what I heard is the truth, the firing is completely justified.

First that I've heard about this. NAIA Lindenwood-Belleville will no longer offer undergrad programs after next year.
Sports programs will be ending. How does this affect the mother ship?

I'm not sure it has much bearing on the mothership at this point, but I can't be certain.

I believe some of this can be tied to the entire Shonrock situation and some of the poor decisions he made during his tenure. This was probably something they've seen coming for quite a while and one of the reason they decided to fire him.

TBH, this could be a plus for LU St. Charles, as I believe they've been keeping Bellevile afloat for some time. I anticipate more changes on the horizon in terms of the non-NCAA sports LU offers.
