Truman's schedule is finally out:

Sept. 7 - at Drake
Sept. 14 - Wayne State
Sept. 21 - Valparaiso
Sept. 28 - at Quincy

Oct. 5 - Southwest Baptist
Oct. 12 - at Lindenwood
Oct. 19 - Missouri S&T (Homecoming)
Oct. 26 - at William Jewell

Nov. 2 - McKendree
Nov. 9 - at Indianapolis
Nov. 16 - at Urbana

My initial thoughts are: 1) bummer that there are two games that essentially "don't count" in Drake and Valparaiso. 2) Tough scheduling draw with having to go on the road to both Indianapolis and Lindenwood. 3) I like the balance of home/road. My Mizzou season tickets this year are kind of annoying because they play five straight at home from September through mid-October. Switching it up is nice for everyone involved!

Thanks for posting. Agreed the two Pioneer League games put a lot of pressure on the rest of the schedule. For what it's worth (those 2 games) Valpo is beatable. Not sure about Drake. Urbana surprises some years too. Wayner has decent talent each year so that's a big game. S&T for HC is good. On the road for Lindenwood and U Indy roadtrips are the other big games like you point out. How Lindenwood fairs yet to be seen.

Valpo is beatable. Not sure about Drake.

Drake beat Missouri S&T by 40 last year, and nearly beat Iowa State.

I'm guessing it could be a hassle at times for programs to get a specific game they're looking for, but it really is nice to see 3-4 different teams every year.

Yep-- Feeling better about conference change. Less competition in football and equal quality in MBB. Hope they can get one FCS pay game annually.
