No. A bomb is a bomb, whether your offense has scored 50 points or zero.

If your offense is controlling the clock, your defense has fewer chances to give up bombs. I think that's JR's point.

Sure, the offense hasn't helped out. but we were down 14 in the beginning of the game. if they were worn out that early, something ain't right. offense didn't get the job done, neither did the defense.

They are also lower % plays. If your offense is moving the ball, scoring, and eating clock then they get 3-4 chances to throw deep instead of 8-9 chances to throw deep where the more you throw it the more likely one or two connects.

Quit being so sensitive. The DBs have been an issue all season and it's finally coming to a head.
