These officials don't have a clue. That was a catch and fumble on the inch line. Then a phantom roughing penalty, again. Resulting in possession and 40 yards. Wow these guys are terrible.

I was curious as well, I know the guy doing play-by-play. He was a Senior when I was a Sophomore at NW. He knows his stuff, I'm sure he is going off the game notes.
