Bearcats being super conservative on third and short, and Pitt stuffs Rankin well short. NW comes out in the PSU 2punter formation, and despite seeing it 7000 times in practice the past few years, the Gorillas are surprised enough to take a Timeout.

Pitt seems pretty content to burn clock down 17 in the 2nd half. Their offense is terrible. Head scratcher.... NW offense lost their fire in the 3rd quarter. Snoozer....
