Hence the reason a NW fan was able to answer as well. Because can u call yourself a football school if your 4-4?
But I bet it feels good to be able to talk down toward an opponent again. I know it's been very hard on you all this year Having to look ahead to poor old NSU here in November to get enough wins to have a winning season .

I liked the last 2. Robinson Caruso is probably my favorite of the required reading list. Maybe a tie with the Count of monte Cristo.

Still have my Shakespeare volume from college. I haven’t touched it in many a year, but our friend from JWB State may have inspired me to get it off the shelf. Huck Finn was the single best book I was ever forced to read.

Youngest Grandson’s team is in the semifinals of their Flag Football playoffs so we’ll be skipping another game. I was afraid I’d have to pay someone to take our tickets but luckily I just found someone to take them for free.
We’ve only been to 3 games this year but have seen 50% of their wins. Will miss next week due to a wedding in WI. If they are 6-4 on 11/15 we may decide to go the the Pitt @NW game

Now comes Northeastern State to town. A team NW has clobbered in past years. Now NW fans are in doubt about maybe even coming away with a win.
It would have been interesting to see an over/under guess with attendance at Bearcat Stadium this game day. I wouldn't even have the heart to take a stab at it. Think it's going to be overwhelmingly embarrassing. That East Grandstand featuring NW students ... don't even want to go there with a guess. Thank God the Bearcat Marching Band will be there.
Bearcat Stadium seated 4572 football fans on Homecoming vs Central Missouri ... 4572 (sigh).
Northeastern State this game day. Over/Under anyone? ... anyone? (crickets)Last edited by ZubCat81; 11-01-2024, 09:27 PM.
