  • Bailey Elder Passes on 20 D1 Offers for Simon Fraser

TWENTY D1 offers including Arizona, Utah State, Virginia, SDSU, New Mexico, Nevada, etc etc etc

He commits to Simon Fraser to reunite with his high school coach!

Future D2 All-American right here. I assume the best recruit to ever go to SFU, who are having a stellar recruiting year so far.

Wow, this is huge. Not just P5 offers, but a slew of Ivy League offers.

Well, that should help SFU's run game some.

Not surprised at all what coach Ford has done with this program. Spoke with a few South Sound and Metro coaches who have said coach Ford has put together a better recruiting class then CWU.

On paper and from Coach Ford himself. SFU has a built a deeper recruiting class then CWU and it's not even close. Relationships matter. And Coach Ford has taken full advantage of that in Washington State. With his coaching ties with the High School coaches and with his brothers fitness facility in Bellevue.

Well this is SFU's best recruiting class yet and they certainly beat CWU on the offensive line. I think CWU got the better of the linebackers and receivers, though. Still glad to see SFU building something convincing up there!

O-line is a great place to start. That helps in so many ways on offense.

Absolutely. Winning in the trenches buys time for everyone else to get up to speed.
