Nice win for the lady buffs.

Wt has a lot of talent - this was the best game we have played all year. Need another one Saturday.

ASU was never in this game and did not make a serious run. This was a total team effort by Wt. Four players in double figures led by Nix with 21 and Dollar with 16 points, 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double. Nix's 21 were on 7-11 from 3 point range. Wt outscored ASU 36-18 in the paint, More was a non-factor. Very good defense 11 blocked shots, 10 by our post players. As with most nights, Dollar is a match-up problem. She is our sixth man and raises the energy level when she enters the game. It will take another total team effort for Wt to get a win over LCU. IMHO the LSC is now a three-team race, Commerce - LCU - Wt. GoBuffsGo.

    UPDATE:
    ENMU 69 OT
    LCU 68

    This is going to fun!

Hightower is most likely out for the year. IMHO, Commerce is largely untested, weak division. A lot of basketball left to play. NEVER count-out
a Lady Buff team - especially at home.

Lee Passmore still covers WT for the AGN. I see his articles on Twitter all the time. Never can find it on the website though.

I have seen LCU twice, (I have family in Lubbock) they are very good, very disciplined with high basketball IQ. We match up well on the inside, however, our guards will need to bring their A-game. I have not seen Angelo. LCU defeated Angelo at Angelo earlier this year in a tournament game. Also, they defeated them in the first LCS meeting. Looking forward to the games. GoBuffsGo
