If you saw how bad the Purple Kermits played against Morgantown Hillbilly High two weeks ago, you had to sense the writing was on the wall in Fort Worth. After TCU returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown, WVU played as if they were the second coming of Oklahoma the rest of the game.

That debacle of a loss at K-State was probably the last straw. Three drives inside the K-State 10 and all the Kermits could muster was a field goal, turnover on downs and a lost fumble.

Not acceptable.
