Kudos for Western Oregon for stepping up and adding a D2 game to take place of Simon Fraser.

    C'mon WT step up.

Minnesota State will play Western Oregon on Oct 14th.
Interesting that the game is @Mankato

Any updates here if the remaining LSC teams are going to fill that Simon Fraser game or eat the chit burger and just go with 10 games?

Lincoln is so bad, but good for them going out and finding a noncon when the rest of the miaa, aside from Pitt, didn't.

Sounds like WOU might be in discussions with MSU-Mankato, I would imagine MSU would have to travel as I can’t imagine WOU has the funds for another’flight’ game.
    You are correct.

This would be an extreme long shot but there is a school in the NE conference that has an open week on November 11 which is St. Anselm college.

cwfenn you know much about this school?
St. Anselm is probably not looking for more games since they already have three true OOC games in 2023. Recent history also suggests they won’t likely travel outside of the Northeast either. That being said, if they agree on a game, they’re in the middle of the NE10 (6-4 in 2022) and can be a real pest to the top teams in the conference because they always seem to find good quarterbacks.

They’re also one of the few NE10 schools who have released a 2023 schedule:

What a coincidence and that makes sense since Southwest Baptist played in Odessa last year.

Let's hope the result is different this time.

Looks like Sul Ross travels to Western New Mexico week 1 and then hosts Eastern New Mexico week 2.

Delta State could use a game week 9. We only have 10 games scheduled, with 1 being FCS Mississippi Valley State. Would be nice to see Delta State vs Eastern New Mexico. Something different.
