That CWU secondary lived up to the hype shutting down the WSU pass game. But on the other hand, looks like that young D-line was able to hold together until halftime when the WSU rushing attack finally wore them down. Interesting how often they used McGill rushing the ball at QB. Could it be a matter of WHEN, not if he replaces Lemming at the starter? And what was up with Flanagan getting more reps than Henderson at running back?

The dual threat quarterbacks have always seemed to play best for Central. Thinking Jake Nelson, Reilly Hennessey. Lemming simply does not have the consistency to be a pocket passer at this level. But of course it's unfair to judge just based on that game against a good FCS team. Next week will reveal a lot more.
