Maybe you send me some of that Mrs. Vikingfaithful chili you were talking about yesterday and I find some "missed" points from earlier in the year.

The Mrs. is flattered that you have designs on her chili, which comes from her mothers recipe. Not to spicy, but that's the way I like it. A dollop of sour cream and a few crackers yum.

Never was a huge chili fan until a couple years ago. Now i make it every 5 or 6 weeks come fall - winter. Make it with the Insta Pot, comes out a lot thicker that with the crock pot.

Shredded cheddar cheese and mini saltines are my go to. I usually make a batch of corn bread muffins to go with them.
