This may be the first time in the D2 era the Dragons have even been in the "Others Receiving Votes" category! Fun to see!

Seeing Augustana # 9 makes me think after the Mary game they're paper tigers, unless Vikings get things together in short order. I imagine practice this week is intense. USF and their fans are licking their chops for the Key to city game.

I feel like it's gotta be. I checked and they didn't get any after the 3-0 start to 2015, or after the final week of 2018.

It's going to take a win this week and then again the following week @ Duluth for the Dragons to be ranked. Beating two o-fers (yeah I know SMSU won the toilet bowl) and a bad Winona team isn't enough even with Strand putting up video game numbers.

I agree with that. No quality wins yet. Just being in consideration is pretty big for the program, though.

Couldn't agree more with both of you. It will take a quality win vs the Bulldogs for the Dragons to crack the Top 25 IMO but just being in the conversation is a big stride considering where the program was 15 seasons ago when Laqua took over. Long way to progress and the hardest step is yet to be taken with even getting into the playoff discussions too. Just nice to see the work the coaches and players have put in getting some recognition
