Yep, always good to hear about the kickers from another perspective. I brag about the Augie staff all of the time because of the focus on Special teams.

Yep. That was one of the reasons my son committed. Related to that, in so many programs, the specialist room is kind of their own thing. One might even say somewhat separate from the rest of the team. At least, that is how we felt on many other visits, especially at the D1 level. Not at Augie.

It was a good day! The defense looks like they improved. The oline was very thin due to injuries and some kept out for precautionary reasons. 3 or 4 of the starting 5 didn’t play. QB play looked improved as well. Carver will continue to be the Swiss Army knife…he took snaps at WR and QB. WR crew looked solid as well.

I’m not ready to skip spring and summer, but it should be an exciting fall for football

No spring game for UMD this year. I wish more teams would make a bigger deal out of this as it's a great opportunity to raise a few bucks for the program.
