Just a silly amount of 3s being put up by SMSU. 22-15 9:04 1st

      Mavs looking kinda uncoordinated.

Stangs closing the gap. Maybe it's too early but I think is too little too late.

Honestly this is starting to feel more and more like seasons of the past where we're in basically every game against top competition but fall just short...

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like we just got too complacent early in the second and by the time we started to close the gap it was too late.

That block by Caulfield though - that was fun.

a couple tough road games and a couple must wins.

                      that is a tough combination

Game of the night in Marshall tonight. I think there will be a huge crowd actually RA should be rocking

Agreed. Obviously the three seniors will be missed, but 5 returning rotation players is a solid foundation to start from.

I always liked Jake Phipps but seeing him come off the floor on Saturday made me realize he might be one of my all-time favorites - and I could tell that being a Mustang meant a lot to him.

It was a fun year, hopefully we can build on it next year. Beating a #1 in the first game of the season feels like a big monkey off the back for the program since we've never done it before.

100%. He is probably Top 5 for me in my 20+ years following the program closely.
