Green Beavers add a D2 transfer from Georgia Southwestern, Christian Koonce averaged 13 ppg on team that finished 16-13. I believe he'll have 1 year of eligibility.

One more JUCO transfer, as UMD gets Manny Montgomery from Dakota County. The 6-4 guard had offers from USF and Northern Michigan, and his first JUCO game last season he put up 41 points and 18 rebounds.

Big news…Jamir Price decides to return to Dragons for his senior season. Msum roster shaping up to be very strong again next year. If Dragons can get their three point shooting going next year they will be very tough to beat, especially if Kinsey and Jenissen take another step forward, which I expect to happen.

Northern filled out its 24-25 roster with a couple transfers this week. PG Noah Baca from Colorado-Colorado Springs. Looks like an experienced player who hasn't put up much for numbers in the RMAC (7 ppg, 4 rpg, 2 apg last year). My hope is that he will be a backup for freshman Burks coming in, but it wouldn't surprise me if Baca is the starting PG in November.

The other RMAC transfer finally adds some much needed size to the roster. 6'10" Center Kaleb Mitchell from Adams State also hasn't put up much for big numbers (4 ppg, 3 rpg last year). He will very likely be a starter this season.

Dragons finally able to get a game against NDSU on the schedule. Hopefully it will turn into an annual game.
