    Re: GNAC Recruiting Thread 2019-20

I made a separate thread about CWU recruiting ESPN 3 star Xavier Smith, a D1 transfer from Oregon State and Idaho.

But NW Nazarene also just picked up a ESPN 3 star transfer from UC Davis in Delveion Jackson, the #2 player out of Idaho in 2017.

I see that Antonio Salinas from 1A Zillah (Yakima Valley) rec'd an offer from WOU......I think he has one from WWU as well. I've watched him for a few years. Quality baller. Undersized, but quick with great ball handling skills. Glad to see the GNAC sees his talent. Would like to see him play a few times a year.

CWU just got yet another D1 transfer in former Lincoln HS star Trevion Brown, from Coastal Carolina University. The point guard started 10 games early last season, scoring 24 points vs Wofford before losing his starting job. Maybe he was just filling in for an injured starter. Not sure. But if CWU wasn't already stacked at guard, they are certainly now!

Impressive, I think CWU will be really good next year. Rinta seems to be really connected in recruiting.

              * WOU got a sharpshooter from Lassen JC.

Don't know anything about him, good player? Thanks for the scoop!

D-1 transfer and redshirt last year, Gonzalez, former 6A player of the year in Oregon, is leaving WOU. Never played so I don't know if he's any good or not.

CWU has 9 recruits, 8 being college transfers. So like with football, I complied a list of the recruits that includes stats, links, accolades, etc.

Great report, thanks. One of the best D2 recruiting classes I've seen.

Concordia gets a real good player in Geno West. Things didn't work out for him at Idaho, but he is a former Oregon prep player of the year for traditional power Jefferson High School, just down the road from Concordia.

Started 9 of his 27 games played last season before injury. Major boost for the Cavs, good for them

Yep, West a great pickup for Concordia.

In other news, WOU picked up a 6-10 JC post. Know nothing about him.

Still wondering if the two guys signed earlier are still on board at WOU.

                              * Former SPU star Tony Miller has left Montana. If he lands at CWU I'm gonna scream: they got enough new talent!

So he leaves SPU to go D1 at Montana. He redshirted per NCAA rules. Now he is leaving Montana (an NCAA Tournament team) before even playing there? I wonder why. The Montana fans are wondering the same, too: https://egriz.com/grizboard/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=82787
