How is Black Hills State receiving votes and not UTPB? UTPB and Black Hills both played Southwest Baptist. UTPB won by 80, Black Hills by 6. Make it make sense.

The transitive property rarely works out well in sports. These are nothing but polls for people to complain about, especially those new to having their team in them. They don't matter, especially the AFCA poll which SIDs likely spend 12 seconds on or have an assistant do that has never seen 95% of these teams play.

UTPB is only 2-1 vs D2, as you know, Texas College is NAIA. That's how I would interpret it, I cannot speak for a single voter. But, as Turbonium stated, it's week 4, polls have nothing to do with playoffs or seeding. If UTPB takes care of their business in conference, it will work out just fine. If they do not, it will be irrelevant that they they beat SW Baptist by 1,000 points.

As was pointed out, the transitive property has not been proven as it regards college football. The site is set up as satire.

If you think this is a good way to compare programs, check this one:

I get that you're new here and excited about a decent program. That's fine. Don't be too excited to learn though.

It surprises me that Tiffin is not ranked on either poll, especially while Shepherd lingers in both polls.
