Bought it for my boys the other day. My youngest has already played one year as a QB and then entered the portal to get a starting job and got an NIL deal. Amazed at the graphics and how it almost looks like live TV. What kind of agreements did EA have to make to get the company logos in the game?

I played a few games first so I could get back into it. On NCAA 14 I used to play on Heisman level...I had to turn NCAA 25 down to Varsity to avoid too much frustration. I've also played around some and set up a custom playbook to find plays I like running. Finally started a dynasty and am getting the hang of it. Might be able to go back to All American difficulty before too long.

NAH, I think I will skip out on 2025. Wait and see what may come from 2026. As it is, I am perfectly content with the D2 mod for NCAA14.
I wish the stadiums could be developed to be more accurate but still. Having the teams uniforms and field graphics is enough.

I would imagine they got paid pretty well to put those logos in.

Is this what you all are looking for:

The players each got $600 and a copy of the game. The schools got:

The tiers were based on how well each team did in the final polls over the last ten years or something like that.

I could pretty easily create a team with my basic computer skills. There's a service where you can download teams created by other players. Until today, they've all been generic teams; but I saw NDSU available to download with their real logo and everything. I'm not sure if that will stay up given that I think the agreements you sign say not to upload any copyrighted image.

Really, pretty much any FCS, D2, D3, and NAIA football school should think about paying a student for an afternoon of easy work to re-create their team so they can then push it out to potential students, recruits, and alumni for some exposure.

I know that the entire Southland Conference already has. I saw a post on their social media that had recreations of all 10 of their teams as well as instructions for how to find and download them in Teambuilder, which is pretty impressive work by their social media team to go through all that. I'm pretty sure Idaho State has done the same thing too... Hopefully the trend catches on

That's interesting. I'm sure it's tolerated use by the schools - but I'm sure EA wants to cover their tracks just in case. I doubt they'll police it heavily though.

That's why I think it should be offered as a DLC package of skins. I'm sure EA doesn't see a market for it though.

If anyone needs another D2 Team Builder team for a Dynasty I created the Nebraska Kearney Lopers. Uniforms accurate as possible to real life and the field itself.

A little update: I actually used the search function and eventually found Teambuilder teams for all GAC schools. I've made a Dynasty and replaced all the SEC schools with GAC schools and added in Valdosta, Delta State, West Florida and West Alabama to have 16 teams. Seems like I'm only limited to 16 teams to download, which means you can't recreate the entirety of D2. I actually found all the Arkansas FCS and D3 schools as well, but had to delete them to get an all D2 conference.

Back in NCAA 14 I had made all the MIAA schools and did a long dynasty. I hope to do the same, once Team Builder is running better for me.

Really hoping they get the real piping and designs for the different uniform manufacturers in the game.
