Wow... Texas-Tyler is still fairly new to D2, having moved up in 2019-2020, but they've won multiple national championships in softball. Regardless of sport, that's an impressive feat.

Unlike D-1 where all but 2 champions are primary members of the P4+Big East. There are three D-1 championships in progress. The P4 also won 9 of the 12 D-NC championships.

Too much chocolate milk? I disagree with not awarding the runner up the title. If someone beats you illegally, why shouldn't you take their spot? I realize this could open up a whole can of worms but I've seen this kind of thing happen before and I disagree with how they handle it.
