Kyle Haines outfights a Kutztown DB to grab a 29-yard TD strike from Mussina. Shippensburg 28, Kutztown 28 with 9:38 left.

Mussina at 434 yards passing, DiGalbo at 322. It's been that kind of day.

First-and-goal at the 10, Ship's Marcus Lominy breaks off the right side. Looked like he was in the end zone before he fumbled, but it was ruled a fumble and Kutztown recovered. Replay clearly showed Lominy was in.

35-28 Kutztown, 2:17 left. Crowd is going nuts as replay is shown on the stadium scoreboard.

From there, it just goes all to hell. Two straight unsportsmanlike penalties on Ship, then DiGalbo keeps on first down for 55 yards and the clincher.

End-zone pick for Kutztown with 45 seconds left, it'll end 42-28.

I say this with little emotion ... Ship got screwed on the fumble call. It was clear.

U get what u pay for officials wise. Video technology is there for replay but league to cheap to pay a replay monitor. Also refs in league awful, replays would be in double figures each game.....just sayin

DiGalbo's a nice D-II quarterback, but I'm still not all that impressed with Kutztown overall. I think West Chester should be a 20-point favorite next week.

BTW, Mussina threw for 507 today. I do think he has the nicest set of receivers in the PSAC.
