  • Best PSAC Team last 5 years.

I’m a Vulcan at heart but I think the best PSAC team last 5 years top to bottom was 15 SRU with Nania at QB. That team was loaded.

Best team is the one who went the farthest. That's the factual measurable.

The SRU team that lost to Seton Hill? I'll take the '17 Crimson Hawks.

I hope it's okay that I stated that the '17 IUP team was better than the '15 SRU team, even though I didn't go to either school. (o)

17 IUP benefited from a very weak SR1 that year. Talent wise and healthy that IUP team wasn’t better than their 16 or 15 team being honest.

You can't forget about Notre Dame last year in this conversation.

I will probably always believe had Max Redfield not gone down the IUP 2017 team probably goes to the final. There's all the 'next man up' yapping and all but that really took the wind out of the sail -- and there wasn't a 'next man up' anywhere near his level.

                Shepherd wasn't a PSAC team in 2015 or 2016.

Technically yes, but shepherd definitely had the best Regional team of the last 5 years in 2015 with the 2016 team not far behind.

I swear 16 Cal beats that shepherd team 9/10 times. Billy Brown completely bailed that whole team out the second half. Crazy.

It probably would have just been worse actually. Shepherd was better all around.

It was like 3 major explosive plays that put them back in the game quickly.

Bold statement. Going down 17-0 doesn’t really scream better all around. The only thing better about that team was your Head Coach who actually made adjustments second half.

Just the same you call some of the plays that happened to get Shepherd back into that game were "fluky" or "lucky," I'm going to say the 17-0 lead actually was about the same in how you guys got to that position. I will say this though, if Shepherd got up 17-0 you would have been absolutely blown out of the water that game as that team would not have let you back in it.

Like i've said, the better team won. On the Road, spotting you a 17-0 lead. Is what it is!
