Football eligibility ... sure. But if he really flunked out after being here an eternity ... sounds weird. He was never academically ineligible.

Horner would be on his third school. That becomes a messy transfer. Even if he stayed in D2 he was likely sitting out this year.

Wasn't Shahneek here like 4 years? That's odd to flunk out after that many semesters. It's difficult to flunk out of IUP in general as long as they're getting paid.

So I suppose this means, if one of them wins their division (Ship of course) then Ship will play the PSAC West leader (say CALIFORNIA!) and IUP will play have to play who ever CALIFORNIA! was supposed to play.

I think it's gonna be pretty difficult to win the PSAC East with 3 wins all year. ;-)

Well, it was actually a better IUP crowd AT West Chester than we typically get at Miller. Way more enthusiastic.

What that means is if IUP and Shippensburg do not when their respective divisions they will play the game as scheduled. However, if one of them wins their division (IUP of course) then IUP will play the PSAC East leader (say Shepherd) and Ship will play have to play who ever Shepherd was supposed to play. I'm not sure who hosts the PSAC championship this year, East or West. For our purposes, lets say it's the east, then IUP would play at Shepherd. If it's the West, IUP would host Shepherd.

PS: If IUP and Ship win their divisions then the game will be played as scheduled and it will be for the PSAC championship.
