Buried in the release about the Rock scheduling Minnesota-Duluth was their full 2026 schedule, where they're set to play Lackawanna on Week 11. This doesn't necessarily mean Lackawanna will be a full PSAC member by next year (could just be a scheduling alliance to test the waters before making it official), but at the very least it does seem to imply to me that Lackawanna will be playing a full PSAC schedule starting next year.

Good catch. They're also scheduled to play Lock Haven during the divisional slate, rather than a crossover.

Did a little more digging and found the PSAC football schedule for 2026. Lackawanna is on it.

I'd probably want to get somebody in there for the transition more in tune with the NCAA logistics (and headaches). They didn't have to follow many rules there. JUCO to NCAA is like night and day. That's the Wild West of college football.

He had a heck of a career there.

Interesting opening for sure. It won't be easy.

He was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. May he spend the rest of his life in happiness and peace.

I don't blame him for retiring.

It's a horrible disease. Hope he has good medical care to treat him as it progresses.

I personally know the man. He is a great person. This came on sudden and its unfortunate. He really wanted to see the transition through, but I wish him nothing but the best.

I hope they can close out with a win against Georgia Military College and Snow College so he can go out with those victories.

Congrats to Coach Duda on a great career. He helps many individuals each reach goals above their bar. I'm sure his legacy will live on past his coaching career.
