Just back in he country and when I saw this header - I honestly was hoping/thinking he was stepping down. No way in hell does he deserve to be the COY - My brother played for Coacth Barr , I played for Coach Jacobs/Cater and my son for Ernie - you talk about a decline in coaching - this has nothing to do about win/loss records - this has to do about a coach who cares about the players and the proagram/institue -- People will point to Chancey (he was gone before he even started) for all the crap but Ernie know what was going on - if not, then he and the other coaches needs to step aside and ride these last 7 wins off into the Shepherdstown/Bakerton Quarry and jump off the cliff. He is done and I've told the new AD who we haven't heard a word from since all the shi# happened that I will no longer contribute to dept until he is gone. Also, I let her know that that the word here in the DMV is that the Redskins are no longer looking to have their training at Shepherd any longer -- not sure if this is true but I wouldn't be surprised. Finally, I'm sure we are all thinking about next year, but I wouldn't be surprised if Barnett isn't going to test the portal - heck.... son, look at Kutztown.
