Thank You! He should be a lock to excel in Mark Hall's system.

Updated the tracker for nearly every team. There's commitments and new entrants into the portal.

I also added an Alumni tracker because some multi-entrants into the portal have moved on to bigger places. Just shows how our coaches are great about identifying talent.

I've heard that if a potential transfer hasn't been picked up by another team by now, there's a pretty good chance they will not get picked up at all.

To continue playing, they may have to beg for the team to forgive them and take them back, or have to settle for a less desirable option. Not all advice turns out to be good advice.

One more thing. The NCAA (school and or conference) should implement a mandated recruitment reimbursement fee of 5 to 10 thousand dollars payable to the school which a player has transfered from. This fee would need to be paid by the school which signs the transfer or by the player before they can play a single down for a NCAA recognized / supported program.

Many of them will not get picked up this year. Some schools wait until after spring ball to pick up players, and some entrants happen in May as well after players finish their school year out.

                      WSSU: Signing Day

Tory Woodbury knows plenty about what it takes to win in the CIAA. He was a star quarterback at Winston-Salem State before going on to an NFL career. Now he’s back at his alma mater, building his first roster as WSSU’s head coach.
Woodbury and the Rams released the names of more than a dozen signees on Wednesday, including two transfers from Norfolk State – wide receiverTaron Biles and outside linebacker Avir Johnson – where Woodbury last served as an assistant.

One of Woodbury’s biggest tasks on offense will be to replace multi-year starting quarterback Daylin Lee, who transferred to Tennessee State. To that end, the Rams signed Greensboro’s Brayden Jeffries, who averaged 204.8 yards per game through the air for 6A Dudley High in 2025.

Cut and paste from a sports article about WSSU, just the messenger. So, ask them what they're saying.

Regardless of who the head coach is, you have to have a great staff with everyone on the same page and guiding players toward the same goal.
