My Top 10 Argo Home Games

            1. Fla. Tech. 2016

Argos win thriller 42-39 against first ranked team on national broadcast before packed and loud house in night game. Probably the most electric atmosphere to date.

            2. West Alabama 2019

Argos win another thriller 48-37 with playoff spot on line and first win at home over West AL. Tigers were first team to bring their band to Blue Wahoo which added to game day atmosphere vs. Argo band.

            3. Miss. College 2019

Argos win first overtime game in school history 27-21 with walkoff TD pass in close night game.

            4. Missouri S & T 2016

Argos win first home game ever played at Blue Wahoo 45-28 before packed house and start first season 2-0.

            5. Delta State 2017

Argos lose heartbreaker homecoming game on last minute blocked field goal 25-28 in exciting and close game.

            6. N. Greenville 2019

Argos gut out must win game 17-14 to set up first conference title game with Valdosta the next week.

            7. Miss. College 2017

Argos get walkoff 98 yard interception return to win 28-14 with less than minute on clock in hurricane game reset for Friday night.

            8. Delta State 2019

Argos get payback for previous homecoming heartbreaker loss in 2017 by winning big on homecoming 48-3 before big crowd.

            9. Carson-Newman 2018

Argos win first home game between ranked opponents 19-9 in first ever Thursday night opener. Season starts on wrong foot with losing starting QB for season in first series.

            10. North Alabama 2017

Argos beat North AL convincingly 30-7 for first time and keep hopes alive for first playoff berth that they clinch next week at West Georgia.

According to Will Kennedy one of Argo road games is D1 McNeese State. Schedule coming out in a few days per Kennedy. Argos also scrimmaging this spring vs Albany State and Florida A & M in Tallahassee.

I see it here. Gosh, they play LSU the following week. What a heck of a challenge that will be coming out of the gate.

It sounds like we really performed well vs Florida A&M this weekend. They seem to keep a lot of it secretive but from what I've gathered and heard we got the best of them. That's a 9-2 FCS team from 2019. No idea what they have back from that team but that's a great sign.

McNeese plays in the Southland Conference and they will be hit hard by defections this fall -- Sam Houston, Stephen F Austin, Lamar, Ailene Christian, and Central Arkansas are bailing and it looks like half of their fall schedule is OOC. The Cowboys look like a solid, middle of the road team. I like the idea of playing an FCS team like them or Nicholls State or FAMU much better than some NAIA school like Ava Maria or Virginia Lynchburg to test our strengths and weaknesses. I do wish we could schedule USA -- perhaps that's a possibility down the road, although I can't see an FBS team wanting to play a DII school. Hey, I can dream
