I’m concerned. I sure hope the GSC is concerned and being proactive.

Trevecca did say they would add football when they completed their reclassification, so there's still a chance. The GMAC tried to add Cumberland (TN) as a partner for TNU, maybe the GSC should try now and they'd be getting a football team too.

You would think the GSC presidents had to have been given some sort of a commitment towards adding a football team before announcing Trevecca as the fill in right after West Georgia announces they are leaving

I wish Delta had the funds to leave the GSC. A few years from now, DSU and UWA will be playing schools we've never heard of. The GSC will no longer be one of the best football playing conferences.

Honestly, this was long overdue and makes a heck of a lot more sense than being in an Ohio-centered conference with the nearest rival being in Owensboro, Kentucky.
