Did Northern lose to a D3 team today.... WTF... we have to protect our division.

Montana knows they got away with one. Like I said before, you can't beat a team like that with 15 penalties. But reality is there is no way to prepare for an environment like that. Even the Montana players made mention how they knew we would have problems with the noise because we just don't see crowds that big. There were some homer calls/no calls but that's to be expected. They weren't going to let a D2 team come into Montana and take out the state U. Plus we got a few that went our way as well so that was a wash. That 3rd quarter killed us. And can't have 1st and goal from 4 and get no points.
FSU is right. We need to add some more screens to the playbook. Teams are going to load up and make us beat them with the pass. Might have gotten away from the outside run game too much. Defense definitely showed out. 84yds rushing and 105 yds passing on their home field.. They were avg 167 and 235 coming into the game. Got a little worn down in the third though.
Hard fought game. We were in it til the end. All being said, think the boys represented D2 and the GLIAC well.
