Hmm, something seems odd here. Really quiet. No smack talk from the puppies about the Lakers this week? What the heck? Are those mutts a bit scared with their tails between their legs? Or are they just too busy chasing that tail? I'm thinking a close game but the Lakers get the win. The rescue dogs may have done what they had to, but their practices provided better competition. The Lakers played tough teams and will be battle tested. The anchor is clearly up.

Anchor Bone is coming home to Big Rapids. Put ya money on it. "We play the tougher schedule..blah, blah, blah". All of you are a half season away from a "Fire Wooster" meltdown. "He can only take us so far, bring back Brian Kelly"
You played SVSU, Davenport (meh) and Pueblo. SVSU who lost to Northwood (and their D owned your offense the whole game). Pueblo who barely squeaked by a 3-4 Black Hills State team. Quit patting yourselves on the back.
The only hope you have is "if" we have some untimely penalties or turnovers that screw us. And we just don't do that : ) Anyway the GLIAC ask us to hand you a couple of wins because you were becoming irrelevant and TA helped you out, for the good of the conference and all. Not to mention they schedule us back in Allendale to give you a homefield advantage.
It won't matter. Nothing like you guys having a packed house and beating you on your own field.

Any chance that you're going to the game?

Ferris hasnt played a real opponent since week 0, but I expect they have improved since then.
GV is winning on Defense, but they have been a little one dimensional on O, and Ferris D, historically tends to feast on teams with poor run/pass balance.
I could see a rock fight here that comes down to a ST play or a turnover to decide the winner. (By posting this, I probably guaranteed that it will be a shootout :p )

Do kinda wish there was more involvement. We've got 8 teams. That being said, the most interesting thing I have to say about WSU is "go win a f-ing game."
