That may be the case. I just wondered because the stats show a drop off, starting with hays last year.

I was surprised by last year's stats. He had quite a few sub 50%, sub 200 passing yd games.

Last year it was big plays that killed Pitt against NW. 252 of their 452 yards came on 8 plays of 20 yards or more.



Straythorn ran for 13.4 yards per carry.



Longest drive for NW was 9 plays, but most scoring drives were 6 plays or less.



This game will be all about the Pitt Run D, or it won't be a game at all.
