Another fantastic season. To get his ground game going a little bit on top of the passing abilities is very lethal, and something professional teams definitely want to see as well. Well deserved!

With that said....Chavon Wright should've won it this year. 38 touchdowns is nuts for a RB to go with over 2200 rushing yards. But the voting looked like it was pretty close, like with the Heisman.

i was going to stay away from it but, its time for my yearly post season award rant.

you know whats nuts? a DIV 2 WR that led ALL college football divisions (NAIA - DIV1 in receptions and yardage and 1TD shy of tying the DIV 1 san jose WR) not even being mentioned for the Harlan Hill. try to figure that one out.

second year in a row zane adams gets the high hard one in votes AGAIN. same as last season. 3 MIAA dlineman made it on the list this seasin and he aint one of them.
            one had:
            25 solos
10 assisted (for a total of 35 combined tackles)
13.5 tackles for loss for -42 yards
6.5 sacks for loss of 30 yRDS

            the second had:
            14 solos
13 assisted tackles for a combined 27 tackles)
            6.5 sacks for 27 yards
            5.5 tfl for 25 yards

            third had:
            37 solo
            29 ass
            17.5 for 71 yards
            7tfls for 41 yards

            and our final had
            27 solo
            37 ass
            7,5 for 44 yards
5.5 sacks for 38 yards in losses.

            first three play edge.
            last plays 0-1 tech.

first three go solo blocked (if at all) nealry every play.

last one plays 0-1 tech in a 90% 3 man front defense.

last years stats were nearly identical no mention of him anywhere in all american or all conference. this season he gets second team all conference

how does a position that historically gets to touch the ball carrier maybe 3 times a game mak the stats hes made in back to back seaons get one SECOND TEAM all conference nod
last year we heard the assistants didnt nominate him or the awards were decided before he got a lot of the stats...or whatever. 2 years in a row now?

This should have been the Harlon Hill Award Wiiner.
