That's awesome. I immediately called my brother who always wanted to visit THE GORILLAS in Kansas. We will be there!

Looks like a road trip coming for this guy. So 2 GLIAC opponents for Pitt in 25? GV and FSU. I wonder why it's only a one off. I'll still take it though. Glad to see it on our schedules.

I’m guessing things didn’t line up, or the conference is adding a football member

I hope it's not the latter.

Just saw this on Twitter and came to.see if anyone started a thread yet.

The way last season went, I could see Pitt going 0-3 to start the season. (At fsu, at uco, gv at home) I really really hope I'm wrong, though. I wonder if Pitt can buy an offense in the next 8 months?

Good question. I know GV's series with West Texas starts in 2026. Maybe they just wanted to fill one year with a "big" opponent until then?

I have no insight. Travel budget is likely bigger issue. And I don't recall if WT is a home or road game for GV. And here's hoping those 2 other slots get filled for '25. I'm thinking that they will be.

WT is a 2 year home and home.

Yeah, but is '26 home for GV is the issue.
