Truman State will steamroll them? Northwest Missouri and Colorado Mines are still good but not near the level they once were. Washburn almost beat Mines last year.

They went 8-4 last year. I admit in a weak conference but Truman is a nice team.

Turnover with a new coaching staff and system on offense and defense is hard year one. Growing pains will be glaring until they get kids Watkins was sold on.

The WU defense will atleast be similar to last year. I think part of the staff got rehired or played and grad assistant coached there. Offense it’s hard to tell. Will have to see if Simenau was a great football mind or just a great qb that keeps getting jobs

Looking around, Mary and Ohio Dominican could be likely contenders for that spot

I wish Lincoln (CA) would go belly up. That would open the door for Kingsville to schedule Central Missouri.

Pueblo and Delta State in the same season... And I thought Pitt State had a gauntlet to start the season (though at least the Pueblo game is in Warrensburg)...
