There could be many things. Academics, didn't like the program, wanted to be closer to home, legal problems. I haven't heard anything, just asking the question.

I believe he is/was in school at ASU, don't know about the football team.

Last I heard was that Manning enrolled at ASU for the spring semester. Not sure what happened after that. If he transferred without a release, I don't think he can work out with the team or have conversations with the coaching staff.

Haven't heard any more. If it was a academic issue, I can't see him doing any better at ASU than at WT. Difference might be that he has a strong support group in San Angelo.
