As bad as the football team is IMO they are moving in the right direction.
The VB team is not, wholesale changes are needed.

This time last year WT football was 2-1 with a win over #7 CSUP.

This year they are 1-2 with a win over NAIA OPSU.

Progress is not always measured in Wins. It will get to that point however, Wt is not there yet.
We have more talent on the field. Defense is good until we get gassed, can't get off the field.
Most people think it will take 5 years to turn this program around. That's about right IMHO.
