The next day I'm still amazed at that 3rd quarter drive. 27 plays, 97 yards, only one pass at the very end. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before.
Kudos to the 'Kato offensive line. They're the stars of that drive. The Mavericks weren't making any pretense what they were going to do, play after play. The Texans knew exactly what to expect, play after play. It was like a slow moving earth mover coming at Tarleton that they were powerless to stop. Credit goes to the horses up front that made that happen. Too often they don't get the credit they deserve.

They should edit this "drive of the ages", and show it on ESPN highlights!
I think the weather helped contribute to that drive, so I would say both. Oh, and the PF penalties also played a role in the game.
Penalties were huge in that game. I saw #43 punch a Mav after a play right below me. I was surprised that he wasn't tossed. If you get called for holding or pass interference it is part of the game. Unsportsmanlike penalties- no. Lack of self disciplne really hurt the Texans yesterday.

Ya just like tackling our punter right after he kicked the ball....
