I looked up the NO roster to see if Tobias Harris might be on it. The only players listed were a long snapper and 3 kickers. The USFL probably won't last long (again).
Tobias Harris is back in the portal. He claims to have 3 years eligibility left. If he has 3 years left, I assume he never got on the field at Old Dominion last season?

Yeah I was thinking he might have taken a shot applying for other D2 head coaching positions and turned his nose up at coordinator positions and got caught with nothing.

This could be a stepping stone or that was the last thing left besides being jobless for the year.

Me personally I would have looked into a temporary 5A or 6A head high school coaching position in Texas as a "last resort".

Some of those jobs could pay equal or more than some of the D2 head coaching positions.

For giggles I looked up his twitter and saw he is on the USFL New Orleans Breakers staff.

Hunter Hughes rounds out the defensive staff as the assistant defensive backs coach and defensive quality control specialist. Hughes’ contribution will be pivotal in refining the Breakers’ secondary and overall defensive performance.

However, this young man is fast and athletic. He SHOULD tear it up in the LSC. He can do it all. Don't let his small size fool you. He is a baller. If used in the slot, he is going to destroy defenses. All the LSC defenses better watch this guy next year!!!!!

Again, GREAT grab by the Buffs.

If the QB wanted to run the flex bone, he could have just gone to ENMU.
