Daeon Hudson and Patrick Rogers were both 1st Team snubs on defense. I would make an argument for Rogers or Tanner Volk for DB of the Year, and Christian Penny for DL of the Year as DTs are always overlooked. And Jude Mullette 9/11 FG 22/23 PAT should've been 2nd Team. Otherwise well deserved recognition for my Wildcats!

Newcomer of the Year award is a joke. Should just be the whole CWU team! Team award!

Put a stake in the ground and defend it, I can respect that. It’s easy to be a critic with no stance.
Imma back player on ‘my’ team ‘cause he’s an excellent player and a great kid from a great family and has stats to back it up. GO JP!
If I had to propose an alternative for defense:
      Micah Flowers - ASU:
      47 Total Tackles
      6.5 TFLs
      2.5 sacks
      2 INTs
Incredible player that helped spearhead a defense that allowed only 11.3 points per game and 209 yards per game.

      The alternative for offense:
      Zach Bronkhorst - ASU:
1st in the LSC in passing:
2102 yards in conference (Only QB to throw for over 2000 yards in conference)
1st in yards per game in conference:
      234 yards per game
1st in the LSC in TDs thrown:
19 TDs vs 4 INTs in conference
1st in the LSC in QB Efficiency:
      145.7 in conference
#1 Offense in points and yards/game

While Andrew Pitts is very deserving of the DB of the Year, I was a little surprised to see him there since he hasn't played in the last three games (only played in 8). However, in those 8 games he had 6 interceptions (although for some reason he is not listed on the LSC stats), returning two for TD's. He was just as dangerous as a punt/kick-off returner.

Agree 100%. Most dangerous overall DB and Return Specialist in the league. He is a certifiable game changer.

CWU wasn't that great, easy dude. I might have had a different offensive player of the year; the proposal for the ASU defensive player of the year? Parnell doubled that guy's tackle output. It's not automatic the winning team reaps the awards. Often the player of the year on either side of the ball is the player of the year, the best guy regardless of record. SEC, Pac-12, Big 10, etc., don't just automatically give the awards to Alabama, USC, and Ohio State.

Zack is an unusual guy to watch. If you only consider individual plays, he sometimes looks like a true freshman but at the end of the game he has the stats you pointed out. He is a winner when it comes down to the nut cuttin.

Alman has been the best linebacker the last 2 yrs in the conference. He will be all region again. I wouldn’t have gave him the dpoy because the game plan is to avoid alman this yr. That’s why his stats are down. But like pops said on here. That defensive is not made to feature one player ( say the cowboys who put parson ar DE who is great at rushing the qb but at 240lb,) ASU twhole lb core voted 1st team. I would like to see that in another conference or has happened before. I won’t argue with Parnell I’ve watched him the last couple of yrs and he will play professionally somewhere. I can’t think of any other defensive player this yr who really just stood out. Now the MJ Link thing meeeeh….he is the best we in the conference but i thought bronkhirst deserved it plus he’s a qb. A 780 yrd receiver usually doesn’t win out ove a 11-0 qb. But it’s just opinion based votes. Good for taking points. Some will be motivated by tne snubs others can show there grandkids the were all conference.
