I think they can give them a run for their money. Their only loss was in a major snowstorm, not sure if it was classified as a blizzard. But a blizzard does sound good sitting here on the beach in Mexico. 😋

LSC is a great conference and has very good posters, (except for one buffoon) It's rare that a NSIC team goes to Texas and wins. Mines is #1 for a reason and Augustana odds of winning are low, but hey they will give Mines their best effort and who knows. Congratulations to the well traveled CWU team. They won in the mile and a half stadium. Quite the feat.

What’s the story with Flanagan? Since he didn’t play the first drive it seems he either got hurt last week or in practice this week.

According to the Yakima Herald, he's got a nagging injury (what it is, they didn't say) and he didn't feel right in pregame, so they shut him down.
