This final week kind of makes me want to see D2, or the NSIC at least, do what FBS does with a rivalry weekend. Ideally, have the following all on the same, final weekend:
          • Minnesota State-Moorhead Vs. Bemidji State, Battle for the Axe
          • Minot State Vs. U Mary, Battle of the Big Lake
          • Augustana Vs. Sioux Falls, Key to the City Game.
I know it's tough with an odd number of teams, and not all the remaining teams have rivalries, but could maybe match up Concordia with Winona, Duluth against Mankato.

While a good idea having them on the same weekend, I would rather see those games played more in the middle of the season. You would have a chance of getting better crowds due to the fact the weather is nicer and you are not competing with deer hunting (just look at yesterday's crowd in Bemidji). Heck, you could even do them as night games with the nicer weather.

Second this. Key to the City game in early October has been perfect; just keep it off of a Thursday whatever the heck 2019 was all about. The SEC and FBS has plenty of dedicated rivarly games that aren't the final game: Red River Shootout, World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party, Third Saturday in October, etc. Dedicating a sole weekend to rivals is a fun idea, just not at season's end.
