By my count, Jamestown and Mary are the only two NSIC teams without a known non-conference game by now. Has anyone heard anything on that front? I understand pickings are probably very slim at this point, if not nonexistent, but could they be planning to play each other twice during the season, or just sticking to a 10 game schedule?

I second what vikingfaithful said. We are glad to have voices for all teams. Appreciate all the posters, even if I disagree with a few of them lol!

The Golden Bears are part of the NSIC, which makes them of interest to many of us. Appreciate that you're a regular poster.

This schedule doesn't include Duluth yet
Here is the 2025 Football Schedule as I have been told. (Disclaimer: you should check the WSU Football website prior to the season).

    September 6th- Home vs Bemidji
September 13th- Away vs MSU Moorhead
September 20th- Family Weekend- Home vs Minot State
    September 27th- Away vs Augustana
October 4th- Home vs Wayne State
    October 11th- Away vs Mankato
    October 18th- BYE
October 25th- Homecoming- Home vs Concordia-St. Paul
November 1st- Away vs Sioux Falls
    November 8th- Away vs UMary
November 15th- Home vs Southwest Minnesota State

If above is accurate, I think Duluth will be non conference game week 0 or during that buy week
Duluth at WSU will be on Thursday 8/28 and played at TCO. It will be a non-conference game.

Agreed at the moment (though I hope for their downfall from the pedestal in like manner as Chadron has fallen), I just didn't say them in that statement since I was talking about out of conference games. If we were to include all of the schools that had 'Mines' in the original name it would be:
    • Missouri S&T (Lead/Zinc)
    • Colorado School of Mines (Gold/Silver)
    • Michigan Tech (Copper/Nickel)
    • South Dakota Mines (Gold/Silver)
    • New Mexico Tech (Copper/Gold/Silver)
    • Montana Tech (Copper/Gold/Silver)
    • UTEP (Copper/Tin)
I had to list what they were founded to mine since I have to poke fun at Rolla (S&T) guys since I work with a bunch of them now haha. Setting aside UTEP and New Mexico Tech (unless their rugby team is down), it would actually be a pretty fun round robin. Plus, we could have concrete canoe and formula SAE races at halftime

Yeah this answer ends the conversation even though their playoff run ended last year.
